Delete account and data

You can request deletion of your Valder account and associated data by contacting the Valder team.

How requests are handled

1. We receive your request privately and verify account ownership. If you cannot use the registered email address, explain the issue without sending passwords or codes.
2. We confirm the scope and consequences: access to the account, characters and linked progress will be lost. Purchased content may no longer be accessible; deletion does not automatically start a refund.
3. Requests are handled manually. We review the account, game data and arena profiles, then inform you of the outcome and any records that must be retained.

Included data and possible exceptions

The request covers your sign-in identity, characters, progress and arena profiles. Limited purchase and reconciliation records may need to be retained to handle payments, refunds, prevent duplicate operations or meet applicable obligations. We will explain retained records and the reason before closing the request.

Analytics, diagnostics and storage providers may apply their own measures and retention periods. We review available identifiable data according to the request’s scope. Current retention is described in our privacy policy.

Device copies and group participation

This web request cannot remotely remove files from your phone. You may clear app data or uninstall after resolving your request to remove local copies. Signing out or deleting one character does not by itself delete the entire account.

Google Groups membership and the Google Play tester list are separate services. Tell us if you also want us to review your participation; you can manage your subscription in the group.
